Q: Dear all, I’m aware that Louis Collins had a postdoc a few years back who added detail to the MNI digital brain phantom, and I’ve been wondering if this highly detailed 2nd revision is available. Does anyone know if there is a version of the atlas that features deep brain structures, or if this one does, in a manner that can replicate for example hypointensity of the subthalamic nucleus in T2 data?

In addition, is Remi Kwan’s MRI simulator available publicly as well?
