MRI Files at the MNI

The following are the standard available datasets:

Normal MRI

305 normal brains in the files: /avgbrain/brain/autoreg/filename.mni, and

Average MRI

the average of the 305 brains in the file /avgbrain/brain/images/norm_avg_305_mri256.mnc.

Note that the first set above may be compressed, signified by a filename of the form filename.mni.Z and filename.mni.z. In the former case display can read the files directly. In the latter case, you must first uncompress the file before it may be used:

cd /scratch
cp /avgbrain/brain/autoreg/filename.mni.z .
gunzip filename.mni.z
display filename.mni
