+ Slice

Changes the current slice to the next slice.

- Slice

Changes the current slice to the previous slice.

Slice/Decrease Size

Decreases the magnification of the volume slice underneath the mouse.

Slice/Increase Size

Increases the magnification of the volume slice underneath the mouse.

Slice/Resample Volume

Prompts for 3 size parameter and resamples the volume to the given size. Entering 0 0 0 resets to the original volume.

Slice/Create 3D Slice

Creates a rendering of the slice under the mouse, in the 3D window.

Slice/Reset Slice View

Resets the view of the slice to which the mouse is pointing to fill the viewport.

Slice/Box Filter Volume

Prompts the user to type in 3 filter widths for x, y, and z and either the letter ``v'' or ``w''. If the letter is v then the filter widths are in voxels, otherwise in world space, i.e. millimetres. If the 3 widths are zeros, then the original volume is restored.
