#### Each directory contains:

3 sub-directories:
    pre: for the pre-resection ultrasounds
    post: for the post-resection ultrasounds
    tags: for the .tag file containing the manually selected landmarks.

#### Naming convention
Inside the pre and post directories, the following naming convention is used:

Example: for patient #13, sweep "a" will be called 13a.3dus.mnc for the
3D volume and 13a.2dus.00???sm.mnc for each 2D image in that volume.

#### Reproducibility of tag selection
Patients #07 and #11 have two sets of tags. Homologous points were chosen once and then a few weeks later,
the tags for the second volume were erased and re-selected for reproducibility measurements.
