================== README: GROUP4 ========================

Each folder name represents a patient number. For each patient, 2D ultrasound slices, as well as reconstructed 3D ultrasound volume and 3D MR volume is provided. 

Data in both MINC and MATLAB formats are provided. A MATLAB function for loading the volumes and landmarks is also provided.

Reproducibility of landmark selection
For patients 1 to 6, two sets of homologous landmark points were chosen a second time to perform reproducibility measurements. Please see Tables I and II of (Rivaz, Chen and Collins, IEEE TMI, 2015, 34:366-380) for more information.
