Dot utilities: do_scxtominc


 Usage : do_scxtominc [<options>] <petfile1> ... [<minc-dir>]



 Description
 -----------
 Run program scxtominc -short -clobber on a set of scanditronix PET volumes. If volumes are
 determined to be in minc format, then rename files only.

 Options
 -------

   -help       : Print this help info.

   -verbose    : Print out log messages as processing is being done.

   -quiet      : Do not print out any log messages.

   -print      : For testing purposes, does not execute commands, 
                 prints out statements only.

   -rename     : Rename files a la Scanditronix ``short form''. Use the full
                 patient name and remove extraneous underscores ``_''.
                 This is the default behavior.

   -norename   : Do not rename files, but change path (when given) and the
                 type.

   --          : any option specified after ``--'' will be passed to scxtominc

 Arguments
 ---------
 Input :  <pet-vol-1>    - a pet volume 
         [<pet-vol-2>]   - another pet volume
         [...]
         [<minc-dir>]    - optional directory where to output minc volume(s)

 Example: do_scxtominc *.ima
          do_scxtominc *.ima /scratch
