Hi Christine, Here's what I did to add Mr. Walker to your nling13 study: (I did this as me, so the results won't be saved in your dot directory). 1) Opened Dot 2) Opened nling13_dat study (File: Open) 3) Selected Autoload from the File menu (File: Autoload or, alt-a) 4) Verified that it would search in /data/alz.../nling13/dat/pet and /data/alz.../dat/mri for PET and MRI files 5) Clicked on the Search button in the Directories panel (and waited patiently for the system to find files) 6) In the Task Names Equivalence panel (upper right corner of the Autoload screen), I modified the NWS2 (in Context) to Task NWS. 7) In the Subject Names Equivalence panel (lower portion of the Autoload screen), I made the names of the subjects (in the grey text boxes) match their filenames (eg. Powell, Elsie --> Coull, Elsie and whittaker, whittaker --> Whittaker, William; Schuster, Jack --> Shuster, Jack). Mr R. Walker showed up and his PET and MRI files were all found. 8) Once all condition names and subject names were synchronized, I clicked on the Load button in the lower panel. 9) Then, from the main panel, I clicked on the Images button and verified that Mr. Walker's (and the other subjects') image data was listed (it was). 10) Similarly, I clicked on the Transformations button in the main panel and verified that all the .xfm files for Mr. Walker et al. were found. They weren't, so I clicked on the Search button, verified that it would look in (/data/alz.../nling13/dat/) mrital_xfm, mripet_xfm and petpet_xfm directorys for the transform files and clicked on the OK button. The program then found the transform files and displayed them in the Enter/Edi tag/xfm filenames panel. I clicked on the OK button and returned to the main Dot panel. 11) Saved the study (in my directory) and quit. There was no need to modify the Tasks, Operations or Regressors settings since you entered that info. manually and it applies to the whole study not to any particular subject. If you follow these steps, you should be able to re-run the analysis on your 15 subjects. Please let me know if you have any trouble getting your information loaded. Bye!
