Projects and Responsibilities

• Calibration Tests and Image Quality Control for the AI-100-005 Clinical Trial.
• Manager for the Neurocrine Biosciences NBI-5788-01 Clinical Trial.
• Image Processing for the Automatic Lesion Quantification Algorithm (ALQUA).
• Organizing the BIAS (Brain Imaging Algorithms and Software) weekly meetings at BIC dedicated to Markov Random Fields methods in computer vision.
• Research in pattern recognition, segmentation, sharing information between MRI, PET, SPECT.

Research Interests

• Mathematical and physical principles in Image Processing and Computer Vision
• Markov Random Fields, Neural Networks, Fuzzy Sets, Information Theory.
• Neural modeling
• Parallel algorithms, use of supercomputers.
