Global Decreases in MTR

Method

  1. Took a normal control MTR image and manually lowered the MTR value globally. ie. mincmath -sub -const -1 in.mnc out.mnc
  2. Blurred (20mm) the newly lowered MTR ie. diffuse -kernel 20 ...
  3. Compared the newly lowered, blurred MTR with the group of 65 normal controls
  4. Thresholded using 5% fdr

Method

  1. Blur the Raw MTR data on the mid surface with a 20mm kernel
  2. Subtract the raw image from the blurred image
