1. MRI - PET registration

The step of spatial registration between MRI and PET image data is performed by using a Tracer Independent Registration method using Mutual Information theory (TIRMI). command:

tirmi [options] mri_vol.mnc pet_vol.mnc mri_to_pet

tirmi -help for more details N.B. The option -mrital_xfm must be given unless -no_crop is specified.
