The various data files associated with the programme are located as
follows:
- Current preweigh data files: Located in the

BLOOD
PREWEIGH
directory, and have a WGH ending. The empty weight of the samples
are listed in this file in sequential order. The contents of this file
may be edited by the user without repercussions.
 - Used preweigh data files: Once a sample set has been used in a
study, its preweigh data file is moved to the

BLOOD
OLDWGH
      directory.
 - Main data files: The main data files are located in the

BLOOD
DATA directory. Each of these files
contains all of the data associated with a study, and has a BLR
ending. The different sections of data in the file (preweigh
data, patient data, etc) are seperated by headers that specify
the type of data that follows. For example, the patient data
starts with the line [Patient Data]. The order of the sections
within the file does not matter, and the data in any section may
be edited by the user without repercussions.
 - System files: There are some files created by the programme that
should never be altered by the user. These are contained in the

BLOOD
SYSTEM
directory. Do not add files to this directory, remove files from this
directory, or edit files contained in this directory.
 - Temporary files: Any temporary files created by the programme
      are located in the
BLOOD
TEMP directory.
All files in this directory should be removed by the programme
upon termination. If the user notices any files in this
directory, they are due to an abnormal shutdown of the
programme. Any files in this directory may be deleted by the
      user.
