The counter calibration function allows the operator to ensure that the counter is communicating properly with the computer. To use the function, select Calibrate and Counter from the main menu. The counter calibration screen will appear. Click on Start to start the counter. Once the count is finished, ensure that the count time and events displayed on the computer are the same as the count time and events displayed on the counter.
If they are different, please ensure that the serial cable connecting the counter to the computer is plugged in correctly.
