  • exp1b Validation of Classification Algorithms in Pediatric Data
    • using the manually registered data-set manual validation of the automated classification,
    • will develop the optimum number of tissue classes for purposes of manual classification of neonatal MR data,
    • randomly selected voxels in each volume will be classified manually,
    • Inter- and intra-rater reliability measurements,
    • contrasting manual classification with the designated tissue class generated by automated classification.
