• exp4 Corticometric Studies of Developmental Pathology

  • exp4c First-Episode Schizophrenia vs. Controls: A Longitudinal Study
    • pts with first-episode schizophrenia (n = 34), recruited from the First-Episode Schizophrenia Research Program at the University Medical Center Utrecht, Utrecht, the Netherlands, and healthy comparison sbs (n = 36), carefully matched for sex, age, parental education, and handedness,
    • MR scans at inclusion (T0) and after 1 year (T1),
    • other measures: CASH, IRAOS, PANSS,
    • recorded: medication use, hospital-days,
    • CIVET cortical maps in both standardized and native space statistical comparison (both RFT & FDR).
    • Correlations of symptoms, dysfunction & meds with anatomy
