Jennifer Campbell, Ph.D.
Research Associate - MR Neuroimaging Lab
Jennifer Campbell is a research associate supervised by Dr. Bruce Pike of the McConnell Brain Imaging Centre. Her research is focused on magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) methods for assessing white matter connectivity in vivo. This involves MR acquisition in the field of diffusion imaging, and post-processing work in the field of computer vision. Projects:
- development and validation of diffusion MRI tractography methods
- assessment of cortico-cortical connectivity in humans and primates
- regularization of diffusion MRI data
- high spatial resolution / high angular resolution diffusion MRI acquisition
