Release Notes for MINC 1.2 CD

These notes apply to the packages that appear on the MINC 1.2 CD distributed at the MINC Workshop of 19 November, 2003.

This page catalogs the problems in the source software distribution. A separate page describes additional bugs in the Mac OSX binary distribution included on the CD.

Known Bugs

nu_estimate fails; outputs DEBUG: messages on screen

There is a bug in the EBTKS library. Fix in version 1.1.

`M_PI' undeclared

Programs like Display or register may fail to compile on some machines. There is a bug in minc/volume_io. Fix in CVS.

N3 tools report version 1.05

They are actually version 1.06. Fix in version 1.07.
