Relative Accuracy Comparison

For each of the calculated OPTOTRAK vectors and FARO arm vectors :

• the mean vector to hole #1 location was determined as the mean of 50 samples, obtained for this hole from both measuring devices,
• the 50 samples obtained for hole #2 were subtracted from these from the hole #1 mean vector to obtain the vectors between holes #1 and #2 and
• The norms of each of the 50 difference vectors were determined to find the magnitude of the distance between holes.

This procedure was repeated for all holes measured during each trial.
