Since many people use Mariana, it is usually the case that the
parameters in POM are not quite right. Before imaging your slides,
it's always a good idea to make sure that they are correct. For
slides, use the following parameters:
- Imaging quality: Fast
- Resolution: 4K
- Film type: Ektachrome 100
- Contrast: High
- Brightness: 100% for all three of red, green, and blue
- Gamma: 1.2
For making prints, only the following two parameters need to be
changed:
- Film type: Kodacolor 100
- Brightness: 90% for all three of red, green, and blue
Although POM only gives Kodak films as options in its menu's, any 100
ASA film may be used.
