Q: Hi, Usually, if I do:

brain-view object.obj stats.txt

or if i do

colour_object object.obj stats.txt coloured_object.obj spectral 0 5 brain-view coloured_object.obj

then, visually I get the same results.

I preface this with usually cause I am getting cases where they do not.

Is this a bug or what?

A: So with some help from Claude we figured out that the culprit was the stats.txt file. It seems the file has a trailing space at the end of every line, something which it seems brain-view has troubles reading. If you just eliminate the space at the end of every line then it works fine. Perhaps this can be incorporated into the next version of brain-view.
