MNI Cynomolgus Macaque Atlas Downloads

Here you will find downloads of the MNI Cynomolgus Macaque Atlas, the corresponding Paxinos atlas labels, and a sample Cynomolgus macaque - in MINC and JIV2 format. JIV2 is an interactive java-based viewer which depends on raw volumetric data, as well as headers and a configuration file (to tell JIV2 what to display and how to display it). The files are also available in Analyze and Nifti for use with SPM and FSL.
