Inversion Failure

Scan orientation failure is immediately obvious from the extremely misaligned and distorted QC images:

A total failure is observed here in the case of an anterior-posterior inversion of the native scan following an invalid conversion from NIfTY to minc. The problem has been fixed in the new version of the nii2mnc converter on CBRAIN. (In the old version of nii2mnc, the problem could be fixed by adding the -flipy switch. Make sure that left-right orientation is preserved if you are using an older version of the converter.)
