I’m a computer programmer, working at the bic for the last few summers. I’ve participated in the development of a few components of the vtkMinc library to read files of BIC format: - vtkMINCReader - vtkMNIOBJReader My current work has been the conception and development of a graphical user interface and its visualisation components using the QT library. This tool allows the user to reconstruct and view brain vessels using Maxime Descoteaux’s algorithm.I am beginning work on a new project that involves the design and implementation of a 3D tool for the anatomists to use in defining sulcal fundi.
