I am a Ph.D candidate in the department of Bimedical Engineering. The main focus of my current reseach is detection and correction of brain shift based on image registration of Doppler ultrasound and MRA. Other resech interests include image registration in general, neuro-navigation systems, neurosurgical planning, ultrasound, ultrasound calibration and 3D reconstruction.
