Assistant Professor - Neuroimaging of Epilepsy Lab
Dr. Neda Ladbon Bernasconi’s research focuses on assessing normal brain structure and gain insight into the pathophysiology of epilepsy using high-field imaging. Her main activity is to develop methods to examine neocortical fine structure to reveal subtle epileptogenic lesions using ultra-high resolution structural imaging and quantitative MRI techniques, such as volumetry, T1/T2 relaxometry, and diffusion tensor imaging.
