I’m a PhD student at BME at Mcgill Univ. I came in Montreal in 2004 from Korea. I’m living in Montreal with my wife and my baby son.My study in BIC is being focused on the Morphological analysis and automatic segmentation of the hippocampus particularly with various shape changes caused by brain disease such as temporal lobe epilepsy. My work is mostly associated with image processing in the brain MRI as well as pattern analysis. I’m also interested instatistics, networking, and database.I graduated my undergraduate for Mechanical Eng. in 2002 and master for BME in 2004 at Hanyang Univ. in Korea. The master thesis was concerning the pattern analysis in the mammography to detect the microcalcification.
