MNI Rhesus Macaque Atlas Downloads

Here you will find downloads of the MNI Rhesus Macaque Atlas, the corresponding Paxinos atlas labels, and a sample Rhesus macaque - in MINC and JIV2 format. JIV2 is an interactive java-based viewer which depends on raw volumetric data, as well as headers and a configuration file (to tell JIV2 what to display and how to display it). The files are also available in Analyze and Nifti for use with SPM and FSL.

To view the volumes offline using JIV2 simply download rhesus_jiv.tgz, and run the included shell script. For more information, see the included README or the JIV2 documentation.
