Rasheda Arman Chowdhury completed her Bachelors of Engineering degree in Biomedical Engineering from Manipal University (India), in 2007. Then she joined for a one year research fellowship at the School of Biosciences and Bio engineering, Indian Institute of Technology (IIT) Bombay (India). She finished her MSc in Biomedical Engineering from McGill University in 2011. She is currently pursuing her PhD in Biomedical Engineering at McGill University.

Research Interests

Her research focuses on Localization of generators of epileptic activities using multimodal fusion of Magneto-Encephalography(MEG) and Electro-Encephalography(EEG) data. Her research is supported by the Savoy Foundation, Canadian Institute of Health Research (CIHR), the Fonds de recherche du Québec – Santé (FRQS), and the National Engineering and Science Research Council (NSERC).
